  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as custom orders,  and sale items are not eligible for return.

  • Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Partial Refunds: Certain situations may qualify for a partial refund, such as items that are returned damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by Damon Desk.

3. Exchanges

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
